The 40YW10-15-1.5 submerged sewage pump is a high-performance sewage solution designed specifically for complex and challenging discharge tasks. This pump adopts an innovative single (double) channel impeller design, with outstanding discharge capacity. It can easily pass through fiber materials with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of half the pump diameter, ensuring efficient and stable operation under high load conditions.
The single (double) channel impeller design of the 40YW10-15-1.5 pump configuration not only effectively passes through large particle impurities, but also works stably in media containing a large amount of fiber material, greatly reducing the risk of blockage. The pump adopts two sets of specially made hard alloy mechanical seals, with carefully selected materials, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, effectively extending the service life of the pump and reducing maintenance needs.
The main components of the 40YW10-15-1.5 pump are made of cast iron or stainless steel, combined with components such as pig iron volute and pump seat, which not only ensure the corrosion resistance of the pump body but also facilitate processing and manufacturing. The impeller adopts a three piece single chord curved blade design, made of malleable cast iron material, which has high strength, corrosion resistance, simple processing, and improves passability and work efficiency.
