Working Principle:
The working principle of the LNXQ-A-10/20 FY accumulator is that the bladder of the accumulator is filled with nitrogen gas, forming a gas chamber. When the pressure in the hydraulic system increases, the accumulator bladder is compressed, compressing the gas and storing energy. When the system needs to release energy, gas expansion pushes hydraulic oil back into the system, playing a role in smoothing system operation and alleviating hydraulic impact.
Structure:
The LNXQ-A-10/20 FY accumulator consists of components such as a shell, bladder, air valve, oil valve, connecting bolt, etc. The leather bag is made of soft rubber material, which has strong elasticity and corrosion resistance. This material can maintain its shape under pressure changes and withstand the action of hydraulic oil and nitrogen.
