GS020600V Industrial Hydraulic 120V Solenoid Coil Fast Acting Solenoid Valve in Steam Turbine

 

The solenoid valve GS020600V is a commonly used solenoid valve in emergency trip systems. Its main function is to close the high-pressure governing valve and reheat governing valve to achieve the protection function of the emergency trip system. It responds to signals from the DEH system, such as sudden acceleration or overspeed of the unit, by controlling the fluid flow path and quickly closing the regulating valve to prevent damage to the unit.

Structure:
The solenoid valve GS020600V adopts a two position three way structure, with two working positions and three connection ports. It usually consists of an electromagnet, valve body, valve core, and sealing components. The electromagnet controls the position of the valve core by controlling the current, thereby changing the flow direction and control of the fluid.

Working principle:
The solenoid valve GS020600V adopts the principle of electromagnetic control, which switches different working positions through the input of control signals to achieve the adjustment of fluid flow direction and control functions. When the system detects that the operating parameters of the steam turbine exceed its operating limit, the DEH system will send a signal to the plug-in solenoid valve GS020600V, and quickly discharge the high-pressure oil from the high-pressure and intermediate pressure cylinder control valves back to the oil pipe through the quick release valve, thereby closing the control valve. This can ensure that the turbine stops operating in case of overspeed or other dangerous situations, protecting the safety of the unit.
