The hydraulic reversing valve MG20.11.1.19.01 of the coal mill is a two position five way valve in the hydraulic system, mainly used to control the movement direction of the loading cylinder during the lifting process of the coal mill. This valve is controlled by an electromagnetic directional valve to achieve the conversion of the valve core at different positions, thereby changing the hydraulic oil flow direction of the loading cylinder.

Structure:
The hydraulic reversing valve MG20.11.1.19.01 is composed of a valve core, valve sleeve, front and rear end covers, sealing rings, and springs. The valve core is a cast part with a large volume. These components work together to ensure precise control of the hydraulic system during the lifting process of the coal mill.

Working principle:
In the initial state and normal operation, the electromagnetic directional valve is in the right position. The control oil chamber of the hydraulic reversing valve MG20.11.1.19.01 is connected to the oil tank to maintain the highest position of the valve core. At this point, the return chamber of the loading cylinder is directly connected to the oil tank. When it is necessary to lift the grinding roller, the electromagnetic directional valve receives an electrical signal and switches to the left position. Control oil enters the control oil chamber of the hydraulic directional valve, causing the valve core to move down to the lowest position. In this way, the return chamber of the loading cylinder is isolated, and the liquid is returned to the tank through the flow control valve and electromagnetic directional valve. By adjusting the flow control valve, ensure that the lifting and lowering movements of the three loading cylinders are synchronized.
