125ly-40-B High Pressure Multistage Centrifugal Main Lube Oil Pump in Thermal Power Plant

 

The lubricating oil pump 125LY-40-B is a cooling lubricating oil pump for the main shaft of a steam turbine. It adopts excellent and reliable technology in axial force balance, underwater bearings, shaft seals, etc. It has the characteristics of safe and reliable operation, no leakage, long service life, and convenient maintenance and repair.

This pump is mainly used for conveying turbine oil and various fluid lubricating oils with lubrication functions, and can be used as a high-pressure starting oil pump, AC lubricating oil pump, and DC emergency oil pump.

Structure:
The lubricating oil pump 125LY-40-B is composed of components such as the base, bearing chamber, connecting pipe, volute, shaft, and impeller. The pump is driven by an electric motor, which sucks the liquid in from the center through centrifugal force and pushes it towards the outlet through the rotational motion of the rotor or volute.

The inlet of the pump is located below and adopts an axial suction method, while the outlet can be an upper or lower outlet, or a single or multiple outlet. The rotating part of the pump is supported by rolling bearings and sliding bearings. When connecting to the prime mover, internal toothed elastic couplings or diaphragm couplings are usually used.
