Product Description

The gear pump CB-B16 is a widely used power component in hydraulic systems. The gear pump adopts high-precision gears and high-strength cast iron casing, which gives it the advantages of simple structure, large displacement, high efficiency, low noise, and reliable use.

Structure:
It is a reliable rotary pump that can transport or boost liquid by relying on the changes in working volume and movement between the pump cylinder and the meshing gear. The structure of the external meshing double gear pump isolates the suction and discharge cavities. When the gears rotate, the liquid enters the teeth under the pressure difference, thereby achieving the transportation or pressurization of the liquid.

The gear pump CB-B16 is suitable for industrial lubricating oil with a viscosity of N22-N46 or hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, and fuel oil with a hydraulic temperature of 50 ºC± 5 ºC. Widely used as a vertical gear oil pump device for transporting lubricating oil in thin oil stations, it can also be used as a power source or for transporting non corrosive lubricating liquid media in hydraulic transmission systems.

The gear pump CB-B16 can serve as the power source of the hydraulic system and play an important role in equipment such as machine tools, hydraulic machinery, and engineering machinery.
