The KG70KY/7.5F4 seal oil pump is a pump designed with three intermeshing screws. It has excellent suction capacity and can maintain a relatively stable flow rate and pressure when transporting liquids. It is particularly suitable for the fluid transportation requirements of generator seal oil systems.
The KG70KY/7.5F4 seal oil pump can handle liquid media with a viscosity range of 3 to 760 mm²/s. It is suitable for different viscosity oils, including various fuel oils, hydraulic oils, mechanical oils, turbine oils, heavy oils, and other liquid media. Its maximum delivery pressure is 4.0 MPa, and the medium temperature does not exceed 150°C, making it suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments.
Structure:
The KG70KY/7.5F4 seal oil pump consists of the following main components: the driving screw, driven screw, shaft sleeve, liner, front cover, and rear cover. The structure of three intermeshing screws provides the pump with excellent suction capacity and stable fluid transportation performance. The shaft sleeve is used to install the driving screw and driven screw. The liner is installed inside the pump body to accommodate the driving screw and driven screw, forming a sealing chamber. The front cover and rear cover are located at the ends of the liner and are fixed to the entire pump structure by bolts, bearings, and other components.
Working Principle
The working principle of the KG70KY/7.5F4 seal oil pump is as follows: The motor drives the driving screw to rotate, which in turn drives the driven screw to rotate. Due to the movement of the screws, a sealed chamber is formed at the suction port of the pump, and the liquid is drawn into it. With the rotation of the screws, the volume of the sealed chamber remains stable, and the liquid is continuously and uniformly transported along the axial direction of the screws to the pump's discharge port. This design ensures stable and non-turbulent liquid transportation, achieving a reliable liquid delivery function. The working principle of the triple-screw pump relies on the stability of the screw design and the constant volume of the sealed chamber to ensure smooth liquid transportation.
